This set of instruments was designed for a pilot study in the Delhi NCR region, India, which tested whether digital mental accounting can enhance women’s savings, goal-setting, and bargaining power. The compilation includes:

• Key informant interviews — perspectives from financial inclusion institutions on digital savings and adoption challenges.
• Field officer interviews — recruitment strategies, barriers to women’s participation, and on-the-ground implementation insights.
