Household-level survey for the evaluation of Project SKY (Chhattisgarh, India). It collects information from adult men and women (18–45) on demographics, gender norms, mobile phone use, labor force participation, financial inclusion, political engagement, and well-being to assess whether smartphone distribution and improved connectivity increase women’s access to digital financial services and economic opportunities.
