Wasima Sadia is a Senior Programme Associate under the Executive cluster at BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), BRAC University.

Wasima previously worked at the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI) in their Research and Policy Advocacy department. She was engaged in conducting research projects and arranging policy advocacy-related events. Prior to this role, she was an Associate Consultant at a research and consulting firm, where she managed projects commissioned by various INGOs, NGOs and government organizations.

Wasima has completed her Master’s in Development Economics from South Asian University and her BBA from North South University, majoring in Finance and Accounting.
