Sumaiya Tasnim Rosama is a Research Associate in the Governance and Politics cluster at the BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), Brac University.
She initially joined BIGD as an intern. Her last appointment was as Chief Operating Officer of the Youth Policy Forum (YPF). Prior to that she worked on different projects with organizations like UNDP, UNICEF, Leaping Boundaries, and Project Konna.
Rosama completed her Master’s and Bachelor’s in Development Studies from the University of Dhaka.

DIMAPPP is a government project, which aims to improve public procurement performance and enhance capacity for implementation and monitoring of public work projects. In DIMAPPP, BIGD is implementing and evaluating the impact of a sustainable, low-cost, and politically-feasible model of citizen engagement in public procurement at the local level.
