Shamsad Navia Novelly is a Research Associate at the BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), Brac University.
Prior to joining BIGD, she completed her graduate research fellowship under the Gender Gap in Financial Inclusion (GGiFI) project under the Centre for Research and Development, funded by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
Novelly completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Science from the Department of Women and Gender Studies, University of Dhaka.
