Saadman Faisal is a Senior Program Coordinator at BIGD, leading the Digital Intelligence and Implementation Research unit of BIGD.
He works at the intersection of climate, energy, and development policy. His work focuses on industrial energy efficiency, air pollution, environmental data, and applied research, with particular interest in using quantitative evidence to inform policy solutions for Bangladesh’s energy transition and climate challenges. He has experience in research and program work, including prior roles at BRAC, BIGD, and as a consultant with the Inter-American Development Bank and Asian Development Bank.
He holds an MPA from Columbia University and an MSc in Economics from North South University
