Rashna Kamal is a Trainee Research Associate at the BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), BRAC University, under the Young Research Fellowship (YRF) Program 2026.
Previously, she worked as an Intern at Restart – Psychological Consultancy. Her research interests include governance, justice, and social policy.
She completed her Bachelor of Social Sciences in Criminology from the University of Dhaka and the BRAC Financial Crime and Compliance (FCC) Certificate Program.
