Raisa Adiba is a Senior Program Coordinator at the BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), BRAC University.
She previously worked as a Program Manager at Traidcraft Exchange, a British non-profit, where she led EU-funded initiatives on agriculture, tea and climate and also oversaw the Global Fashion and Garments portfolio. Before her work in international development, Raisa worked in the private sector at HSBC. Her current research focuses on developing community-led, sustainable business models in Bangladesh’s care industry.
Raisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Dhaka and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Development Studies at BRAC University. She is a certified Project Management Professional and a Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst.
