Noosrat Tasneem is a Trainee Research Associate at the BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), BRAC University, under the Young Research Fellowship (YRF) Program 2026.
Previously, she worked as a Research Assistant at the Bangladesh Enterprise Institute (BEI), Dhaka, where she contributed to policy research on creative diplomacy, strategic vulnerability analysis, and bilateral relations as part of an institutionally funded project on shaping Bangladesh’s foreign policy engagement. Prior to joining BEI, she served as a Junior Fellow at the Centre for Alternatives under the CA–Sasakawa Peace Foundation Project Phase IV. She is also an Economy of Tomorrow Fellow at Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Bangladesh.
She completed her Master of Social Sciences in International Relations from the University of Dhaka.
