Nazifa Tasnim is a Trainee Research Associate at the BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), BRAC University, under the Young Research Fellowship (YRF) Program 2026.
Previously, she worked as a Teaching Assistant at the School of General Education, BRAC University, where she supported undergraduate teaching, academic coordination, student engagement, and assessment activities. Earlier, she worked as a Young Professional in the Research and Innovation team at DNET, where she contributed to literature reviews, survey design, qualitative and quantitative data collection, data analysis, and research documentation. She has also coordinated community-based development projects focused on disaster resilience and adolescent health in coastal Bangladesh.
She completed her Bachelor of Social Sciences and Master of Social Sciences from the University of Dhaka.
