Nawshin Bashir is the Deputy Coordinator of the Data and Field Management department at BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), BRAC University.
Nawshin joined BIGD as a Senior Data Associate. Previously, she worked as an Associate Research Analyst at the Bangladesh office of Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) and was involved with survey designing and coding, data collection planning, field staff training, coordinating the survey team, and survey data cleaning.
Nawshin completed her Bachelor’s in Urban and Regional Planning from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).
