Naoshin Sharmin is a Trainee Research Associate at the BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), BRAC University, under the Young Research Fellowship (YRF) Program 2026.
Naoshin completed her Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Sociology from the University of Dhaka. During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Sharmin actively participated in research, policy, and business case competitions. She was the Champion of the Center for Policy Dialogue (CPD) Climate Policy Case Competition 2025, 1st Runner-Up in the 3rd National Research Project Contest 2024, and presented her research at the 9th and 10th Annual Conference on Social Research in Bangladesh (BISRT).
