Mirza Mahmuda Ferdous is a Research Associate under the Environment and Climate Change cluster at BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), BRAC University.  

Previously, Mahmuda was a Trainee Research Associate under the quantitative stream of the Young Researchers’ Fellowship (YRF) program at BIGD. She began her professional journey as a Coordinator for Project Revive, a collaborative effort by UNDP Bangladesh and the Innovation Creativity and Entrepreneurship (ICE) Center, University of Dhaka. Mahmuda completed her BBA and MBA in Organizational Strategy and Leadership from the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka.
