Md. Rakib Hossain is a Senior Research Associate at the BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), BRAC University. 

He joined BIGD as a Research Associate. Prior to joining as a Research Associate, he worked as a Trainee Research Associate at BIGD where was trained in research design and methodology. He has completed his Internship at Unnoyon Onneshan. 

Rakib completed his B.Sc. in Development Studies from the University of Dhaka. He is also pursuing his M.Sc. from the same department.
