Md. Ashimur Rahman is an Officer of the Finance and Accounts department at the BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), Brac University.
Prior to joining BIGD, Ashimur was a Financial Auditor at the UK-based EHK Consulting Ltd. Ashimur’s responsibilities at BIGD includes the audit and reviewing of financial statement, alongside ensurance of compliance and internal controls management.
Ashimur completed his MBA and BBA from the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) with a major in Finance and Accounting. He holds a Chartered Accountancy Course completed (CACC) certificate from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). He has also completed his articleship from S. F. Ahmed & Co. Chartered Accountants.
