Md. Al-Mamun is a Research Associate (Mathkendra) at BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), BRAC University.

Before joining BIGD, Mamun served as a Research Assistant at the International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh(icddr,b), Dhaka, Bangladesh. Mamun completed his Master’s and Bachelor’s in Sociology from the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and Technology University.
