Mashiat Noor Prapti has joined BIGD as a Senior Research Associate.
Previously, Prapti was a Lecturer at the UCSI University Bangladesh Branch Campus, where she also held additional leadership roles, including Coordinator and Head of the Department at the Faculty of Social Science and Liberal Arts.
She was a Research Fellow at the International Socioeconomics Laboratory (ISL), affiliated with Harvard University, focusing on data-driven public policy research. Her work includes collaborations with FRIENDSHIP and World Vision on inclusive citizenship, youth-led disaster risk reduction, primary education, and community development in climate-vulnerable regions.
