Farzana Fahim Addrita is a Trainee Research Associate at the BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), BRAC University, under the Young Research Fellowship (YRF) Program 2026.
Prior to joining BIGD, she worked with the Youth Policy Forum (YPF) and was involved with the BUP Integrated Research Forum (BIRF) as a researcher. During her academic training, she gained experience in mixed-method research, fieldwork, and data analysis.
She completed her BSS in Development Studies from Bangladesh University of Professionals.
