Youth-led civil society in Bangladesh plays a vital yet underrecognized role in civic life. Despite leading major movements, youth organizations remain weakly structured, underfunded, and marginalized. The July 2024 Uprising created new opportunities for recognition and participation, but shrinking civic space, political surveillance, and declining trust continue to limit their impact. Strengthening networks, inclusive governance, transparent practices, and supportive policies is essential to unlock the full potential of youth-led civil society.
