The Digitizing Implementation Monitoring and Public Procurement Project (DIMAPPP) is a World Bank-funded initiative aimed at improving public procurement performance and enhancing capacity for monitoring public works in Bangladesh. This study was conducted to understand the underlying dynamics of collective action within the citizen monitoring groups and to evaluate the impact of citizen engagement. The study highlights the potential of citizen engagement in improving public work outcomes.
