Dr Imran Matin, Executive Director, BIGD participated at the opening panel of the 10th South Asia Economic Policy Network Conference on Migration in South Asia organised by the World Bank and Institute for Integrated Development Studies – IIDS from November 7-8, 2022 in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Dr Matin spoke on the panel “Issues and Challenges- Migration and South Asia” where he focused on international labour migration from Bangladesh, skills development of the educated unemployed, and safety of the migrants.
