Against the background of the COVID-19 pandemic and the possible short and long term implications of the global crisis on health, the economy, and social relations, especially in developing countries, the Gender, Growth and Labour Markets in Low-Income Countries Programme (G²LM|LIC) had launched a special call of interest for research on COVID-19 in low-income countries in 2020. Now, G²LM|LIC is organizing an online event to share the results of the COVID-19 related research, the evidence found and the challenges the projects had to deal with. The online event will take place on Friday, May 20, 2022.
Atiya Rahman will be presenting the findings from the research on “The Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on the Small Firms in Developing Countries” at 10:30 PM Dhaka time / 6:30 PM CEST.
