A learning session, facilitated by James Khakshi, Program Coordinator of the MELA initiative at BIGD, was organised by BRAC’s MEAL team at BCDM in Rajendrapur, Gazipur.
The session focused on appropriate development programming that needs to be aligned with the project type and management approach. The event emphasised how learning strategies vary across simple, complicated, and complex projects, each supported by predictive, hybrid, or adaptive management approaches. Participants also gained insights into how defining learning operationally can make it more understandable and actionable in practice.
