Ahmed Asif Enam
Ahmed Asif Enam is working as Research Associate at BIGD since April 2015. At present he is engaged in one of BIGD’s flagship report ‘The State of Governance in Bangladesh’, and a project titled ‘Evidence Based Foundation of Women’s Economic Empowerment’ for UNDP and UN Women.
His early involvement in BIGD focused on projects titled ‘A study on Women’s Representation at Union Parishad’ for Swiss Helvetas, ‘Qualitative Baseline Study’ for Better Works Bangladesh (BWB), and ‘Political Settlement and Health Sector Dynamics in Bangladesh’ for University of Manchester. Ahmed’s responsibilities at BIGD include assisting in research tool development, report writing, primary and secondary data collection, and data analysis.
He has completed his Graduation and Post Graduation in Economics from the University of Dhaka. His research interest includes Public Health Economics and Governance.
